Licence
The software is governed by the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3, which permits running, studying, modifying and redistributing it under the same licence. The full text ships with the application and is available on the licence page.
License codes
A license code marks a copy as registered. All features work with or without one. If a code is deactivated, the copy returns to unregistered and continues to function. A code belongs to the email address of an account and allows a set number of installs; an install can be released from the account page to free its place. Codes are issued by Phobos Instruments during the beta at no charge and are not for sale.
Beta status
The software is in beta and distributed to a limited group. Defects, format changes and incompatibilities between builds are possible. Users are advised to keep backups of their work.
User content
Patches, recordings, samples and other material created with the software remain the property of the user. Phobos Instruments claims no rights in them and does not receive them.
Disclaimer
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Phobos Instruments is not liable for any loss arising from its use. This restates the disclaimer in the AGPL-3.0.
Changes
Changes to these terms are published on this page with their date. No change limits the rights granted by the AGPL-3.0.
