A synthesized club kick: a sine with an exponential pitch envelope (the punch), an exponential body decay, a short noise click for the transient and a drive stage. Design your kick instead of browsing samples.
Triggering
Three ways, combinable: the Hit button (momentary - MIDI-learnable, so a pad can play it); a MIDI cord (PianoRoll -> Kick, any note-on fires it); or 4/4 mode, which fires on every transport beat while playing - the instant four-on-the-floor.
Parameters
| Tune | The body's resting frequency (30-90 Hz). |
| Punch | How far the pitch envelope starts above Tune - more punch, harder attack. |
| P.Dec | Pitch envelope decay (ms). Short = a tick; long = a laser. |
| Decay | Body decay (ms) - the boom's length. |
| Click | Noise transient level, for cut through a dense mix. |
| Wood | A damped mallet-on-wood knock on the attack - two short inharmonic partials that track Tune, gone in ~35 ms. A touch gives an organic "tok"; cranked, the kick heads toward woodblock and Latin territory. 0 is exactly the old sound. |
| Drive | tanh saturation. Push it for distorted rumble-techno kicks. |
